Patents as Moats
In the highly homogenized shower hardware market, MFMK insists on 'full-link self-research'. As of Q1 2025, we hold 12 core utility model patents and 3 design patents.
This article will focus on deconstructing two decisive technical patents.
CN221942260U: Linkage Anti-Derailment Damping Structure
This is MFMK's masterpiece. Traditional linkage shower rooms (one pushes two, two pushes three) often face a risk: when sliding too fast, the second door is prone to derailment due to inertia.
Our designed 'Eagle Claw' Anti-Derailment Hook structure cleverly utilizes gravity and centrifugal force. The faster the door moves, the tighter the hook bites. This structure has become standard for the Feifan Series.
CN217654321U: Fully Invisible Roller System
'Invisible hardware is good hardware.'
To match the Minimalism architectural style, we developed a fully invisible track dedicated to the Moon Shadow Series. The roller assembly is completely housed inside a 16mm wide ultra-narrow profile, leaving only a very fine gap visually on the outside.
This is not only a victory of aesthetics but also an ultimate challenge to material strength. We used aviation-grade aluminum alloy 6063-T6 combined with POK wear-resistant rollers, achieving a load-bearing capacity of 60kg in a limited space.
